Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines

Three pages from Showtime May 1965. I’ve always considered this star studdied comedy Britain’s answer to the American ‘The Great Race’, however I see that this was in fact released around four months prior to the US made comedy. Ken films released a nice 400′ selected scenes edition, which turned out to be an excellent seller. The full length Cinemascope/Stereo feature would appear in 1992 or perhaps the following year and was issued on 5×600′ spools. We were releasing so many full length feature at this time, from Fox, Orion, Rank and Walt Disney that competion was very still, but this did sell and very nicely too.
