Just why we issued this family musical from 1978, is still a mystery to us all, but I believe it was partly due to it having James Stewart and Mickey Rooney in its cast but more likely because we needed another title to create a rounded figure for the contract with Enterprise Films and couldn’t find anything better. The films bad reviews and poor box office were even too much for Jimmy Stewart who decided to semi-retire from acting following its release. Even the musical numbers from The Sherman Brothers didn’t help this one. It didn’t do much for us either. Another label designed by Marianne Frost.
