Although I’m a fan of the Judy Garland 1954 movie, I never got to see this version at the cinema, but I did project a 16mm print several times to audiences in local working mens’ clubs and have yet to watch Lady Gaga’s entry. Columbia Home Movies distributed a number of Warner Brothers movies on the 8mm market in the UK and this received a 400′ release and Germany where it was released under the UFA banner.
