What a Carry On! – Carry On Cowboy: 1965

In 1958 a British institution was born with the release of the first in a long series of comedy films. ‘Carry On Cowboy’ was the eleventh in the series. Regulars Sid James, Kenneth Williams, Jim Dale, Charles Hawtrey and Joan Sims all feature, with Angela Douglas makings the first of her four appearances. It also heralded the first appearance of Peter Butterworth and Bernard Bresslaw, who would both become series favourites. No Super 8 release.
