A 2 page article from the January 1975 issue: As a sequel this was one of the best of its kind and is probably better remembered than the original. Charlton Heston was still a massive box office draw and it’s undoubtedly a highlight in Karen Blacks career. There’s a fine cast of passengers including Susan Clark, Helen Reddy, Linda Blair, Dana Andrews, Myrna Loy and Gloria Swanson, in what would be her final film appearance after 60 years in the movie business. As always the 400′ issued by Universal 8 was well edited and welcomed by the 8mm community, it also sold very nicely. Box labels courtesy of Super8DataBase.
